Our office purchased KuTools for Excel on 17 September 2021. Recently our IT department at Mississippi State University moved me to a new PC tower.

Unfortunately now my KuTools doesn’t work in the new system.

When I select any option from the toolbar my Excel Spreadsheet closes the document.

When reopening the document I receive this error, "The file format and extension of 'Loading" don't match. This file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don't open it. Do you want to open it anyway."

After opening KuTools still doesn't work. I was sent an update link with the instructions to uninstall an install link.

Once I uninstalled, I shut the system down and reopened.

I then downloaded the link, reinstalled, and rebooted.

Unfortunately, I am still experiencing the same error as in my first email.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hello,

1. Please make sure you have downlaoded and installed the latest version. You can go to downlaod the software from our website.

2. You can go to enable the Compatible mode in the Setting Center as shown in the following screenshot.

Start > Kutools for Excel > Setting Center
