I downloaded the trial and I cannot seem to get this to load in the tool bar as shown in the examples therefore I cannot use the program.  On the internet is states that Microsoft has some safe guards in place that is not allowing this to load.  Not sure if that is true or not but I have used this program prior to 2016 and it worked just fine.  Can you give me some help?

If you do not see the TreeAge Pro Add-in, it is possible that the Add-in installation process failed because some Excel process was running during Add-in installation. Please try re-installing the Add-in: Make sure that Excel is not running. Check with Task Manager in the Processes tab that there are no EXCEL.
