Merge inboxes tool for IMAP and Exchange accounts

I have 1 exchange account (hotmail) and 4 IMAP accounts (GMail and 3 Business accounts). Should this tool work? The tool does state that it does not work for IMPAP and Exchange accounts, so does that mean it works for for POP3 accounts only? Is there another solution for combining these inboxes?
