KUTools 선택 - 중복된 값

My Kutools Select same or different Values is no longer providing me the duplicate records ?  I'm trying to find duplicated based on a single cell, comparing two columns, i can see there are duplicate values and yet it's no longer coloring the cells of the duplicate values, I'm not basing it on case sensitive, I have actually made sure both are in UPPERCASE, the values used to be in a table, but i converted both to ranges, copied the rows onto a new sheet, the cell format is "General"  I tried switching both to "Text" and that is not working either ?  It was working for me before.

I must be doing something incorrect? Any suggestions would be appreciated .
