2 - Kutools tab --> chart --> category comparison --> stacked chart with percentage
3 - data entry: data range = numbers, axis labels = dates, legend entries (series) = services
4 - "hidden sheet needs to be created..." --> yes
5 - chart is not capturing data points correctly or scaling
5a - total on top of charts does not correspond to correct totals

Sorry for the trouble, but can you zip the pictures and attach the zip file again? Because we cannot see the attachments for some reason.
As for the Stacked Chart feature, I just tried, and it worked well so far. So please, attach the zip file. Thanks in advance.
