Als iemand een vergadering weigert, en de reden van de weigering vermeldt en verzendt, krijg ik daarvan een e-mail. Da's handig, maar ik wil in de afspraak ook kunnen terugzien waarom iemand heeft geweigerd, zodat ik niet hoef terug te zoeken in al die mails. Kan dat?

Sylvia, I just learned that when someone accepts, but chooses Do Not Send a Response the meeting organizer has no idea of whether the recipient will attend or not.

What shows in the Response if someone accepts but chooses Do Not Send a Response? Does it still track their acceptance?

Hello Is there any way you can do this for several meetings/appointments? In Outlook you can do a search for meetings and the manipulate the columns to show all required and optional attendees (and export to Excel). However I cann see whether theese attendees have accepted or declined the meeting
